At Happy Feet company, we understand that our product may not help everyone and that it takes time for it to be effective.  We want you to give them a try for an extended period of time.  If, for any reason you are not happy with your socks within 60 days of purchase, please contact us by email at info@my-happyfeet.com

If you received the wrong item, the wrong size, or a manufacturers defect, we will be happy to replace them for you at no charge.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received an expected refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
